01

What is Polymind?

Polymind is a reliability engine for high-stakes questions. Instead of trusting a single AI model, we run your question across several top models, extract and verify every claim, flag disagreements, and give you one synthesized answer with a transparent Reliability score.

02

How is Polymind different from ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools?

Single models give you one perspective. Polymind gives you multiple perspectives cross-checked against each other. We don't just generate an answer — we verify it by comparing what different models say, checking the evidence, and surfacing conflicts. You get a Reliability score (0–100) based on Evidence, Reasoning, and Agreement so you can decide how much to trust the answer.

03

What does the Reliability score mean?

The Reliability score (0–100) tells you how trustworthy the synthesized answer is. It is composed of three sub-scores: Evidence (how well-supported are the claims?), Reasoning (how sound is the logic?), and Agreement (how much do the models agree?). A score above 80 is generally decision-ready. Below 50, you should treat the answer as tentative and verify independently.

04

Which AI models does Polymind use?

We query multiple leading models including GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, and Grok. The exact set may evolve as models improve. We select models for diversity — different architectures, training data, and known biases — so their disagreements are informative, not redundant.

05

Is my data private?

Yes. Your queries are processed securely and not used to train any models. We do not share your data with third parties. For enterprise users, we offer additional data isolation options. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

06

How fast is Polymind?

Polymind trades speed for depth. A typical query takes 30–90 seconds because we query multiple models, extract claims, detect conflicts, and synthesize a verified answer. If you need instant chat, use a single model. If you need verified depth, use Polymind.

07

What kinds of questions work best with Polymind?

Polymind works best for high-stakes questions where accuracy matters: research briefs, investor claims, consulting recommendations, legal and policy review, product decisions, and any analysis where you need to separate facts from guesses. It is not designed for creative writing, casual chat, or tasks where speed matters more than accuracy.

08

Can I use Polymind for free?

We offer a free tier with a limited number of queries per day. For teams and professionals who need higher volume, we offer paid plans with additional features and priority processing. See our billing page for current pricing.

09

How do I report an issue or suggest a feature?

We welcome feedback. Email us at support@polymindlabs.com or use the Contact page. We read every message and prioritize based on user impact.
